The journey begins!!

Well here it is Sunday night about 9:00 pm and am I getting ready to go to bed. Tomorrow I start a new journey in my life ( at 5:00 am ) on battle the bulge. I have been nervous and excited all at the same time. I did go and eat sushi tonight since I know that it will be the last time I will eat it in the next eight weeks. I am so ready for this journey to begin because I know that the outcome will be wonderful. I can see myself eight weeks from now liking who I see in the mirror and feeling so much more at peace with who I am. I know that it will be a hard journey but one that I am looking forward to starting. :) Well that is enough for now so I will let you know how tomorrow goes.
